We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing)
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch (same 1-2 day processing)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally except to some Asian and remote regions. Please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. All orders include necessary documentation for smooth customs clearance.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are carefully prepared and quality-checked within 1-2 business days by our Louisville-based team before shipping.
What if I need my planners urgently for semester start?
We recommend choosing our Standard Shipping option for time-sensitive items like academic planners. This provides the fastest delivery timeframe (10-15 business days after dispatch) with reliable carriers (DHL or FedEx).
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your organizational tools. You may return any product within 15 days of delivery if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
