While we strive for perfection in every order, we know sometimes adjustments are needed. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be as straightforward as your favorite academic calendar.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Planners and calendars must not have any markings or writing
- Sheet protectors and storage solutions must be unopened
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on C-Line® Antimicrobial Top Loading Sheet Protectors or Electric Pencil Sharpeners unless they arrive defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to organize your return:
- Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions
- Package your items securely in the original packaging
- Ship the return to our Louisville facility (address below) using a trackable method
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund:
- Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
Need a different planner size or sheet protector quantity? We’re happy to exchange items for the same product in a different style/size (subject to availability). Follow the same return process above, noting that you’d like an exchange in your email.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your academic planner or storage solution arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
