Order Processing

We carefully package your organizational tools within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. During peak seasons (August-January), please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery estimates exclude customs clearance time.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your organizational solutions. Our returns policy mirrors the straightforward design of our academic planners—clear and easy to follow.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Planners/calendars must have no markings or writing
  • Sheet protectors and storage solutions must be unopened

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • C-Line® Antimicrobial Top Loading Sheet Protectors (unless defective)
  • Electric Pencil Sharpeners (unless defective)

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We strongly recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days after processing for funds to appear
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your academic planner or storage solution arrives damaged, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
